We're looking to relocate, open to new locales - but definitely wouldn't consider a move to SV!!! I knew real estate was high, but this was eye opening! Can SV homes really hold that value over time??

1.7M for 2bd/1ba? Yikes! Seattle has cheap(er) real estate and an affluent work force, but the people don't have nearly the entrepreneurial drive as in the Valley.
