Andy- Nice job. The hosts kept hitting you with silly questions- seemed they didn't know quite where to go with you because you obviously didn't drink the kool-aide and have the guts to say, even though it doesn't feel as good as the chirping of the wishful Green Sprouts Crowd, "We're not out of the woods yet!".

so...i'm really pissed i live in a country where amazon or barnesandnoble don't deliver. i enjoyed "how we got here" but can't get my hands on "running money" on any torrents. what can i do? i realize i'm no milton friedman, but...

Plenty of emotion to the event. CNBC should have loved it. A lock on getting a regular guest spot.
